Breakfast Burrito

Yes… This is real and you can do it! A little pre-planning required. My breakfast burritos include: eggs, hash browns, bacon, cheese, sour cream, salsa, cilantro, avocado and flour tortillas. The bacon takes the longest, so start grilling up the bacon first. Once done, reserve some of the bacon grease to cook the hash browns next and then the eggs. Keep those ingredients warm by wrapping them up in foil bowl. While you’re warming up the tortillas, set up the garnishes on a table and welcome your peeps to start eating. Serve with fruit!
