Skillet Veggies & Chicken Sausage
Bring your homestyle cooking to the outdoors. Before you leave to camp, do some veggie prep: clean and slice up favorite veggies and place them in separate plastic bags or containers (I prefer containers for leftover storage). When you’re ready to cook, place veggies in a gallon bag with some olive oil, garlic salt and pepper, and shake. Pour melody directly into a skillet and grill until brown. In separate skillet, slice up some Organic Chicken Apple Sausage and serve with some warmed up beans, pasta or soft rolls.
